A MONTH OF RITUALS
November settles in at a softer pace: shorter days, longer evenings, and a house that glows a little brighter after dark. At Villa Sahrai, the month is written in rituals: a mixology masterclass, jazz that has found a new night, an aperitivo to mark the middle of the week, and music from Thursday to Saturday. Four weeks, four good reasons to linger.
THE MIXOLOGY WORKSHOP
NOVEMBER 10 | RUBILLINI’S
Behind the bar with Rabii. An evening to learn the gestures, the balance and the little secrets of a well-made cocktail, before tasting the results. Curious beginners and seasoned enthusiasts alike are welcome.
RUBILLINI’S, EVERY WEEK
Every Tuesday: Jazz Night, now on Tuesdays. The ritual changes its day, not its spirit: soulful live melodies, elegant pours and an atmosphere made for lingering a little longer.
Every Wednesday: Aperitivo. A chic bossa nova soundtrack, a beautiful energy, Italian-style platters and cocktails to carry you through the middle of the week.
Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday: Italian Dancing. Francky at the piano, voice and melody, for evenings that lean toward la dolce vita.

THURSDAY TO SATURDAY | L’ARA
As the weekend approaches, the house turns golden. A DJ set joined by live music: Ghalia and a saxophonist on Thursdays, Sabrina on Fridays and Saturdays. An atmosphere made for staying late and raising a glass.

On the 5th floor, Le Bardo’s Rooftop continues to welcome you from 11am to 8pm: barista offer, cocktails and Nikkei tapas by day, all the way to the long-awaited golden hour, THE spot to watch the most beautiful sunset in Casablanca.
